Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY
  • We accept product in new unworn condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return with us via email at info@three6fivedenim.com
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. To receive a return authorization number  email us at info@three6fivedenim.com with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • Once you receive a return authorization number from our customer service team, please indicate the RA# on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without the RA#, the processing of your return may be delayed.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose to either send the return package to us at your own cost using your preferred method of shipping** or we can provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label for which a $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • You will get your refund, once we receive the return, please allow the return to be processed. Within 5-10 business days your bank or credit card will post the refund or credit your account.
